It is going to be a busy couple of weeks. Tomorrow I will be at the Del Mar racetrack shooting one of my favorite bands, Steel Pulse. I have shot Steel Pulse on three previous occasions and each time I have come away with some great images.
Next weekend is a great weekend for live music in California. In San Francisco there is the Open lands Music Festival while down here in San Diego I will be shooting the San Diego Street Scene. The lineup this year for Street Scene includes The Black Eyed Peas, Modest Mouse, Cake, Conor Oberst & The Mystic Valley Band, Band of Horses, Girl Talk and many more on Friday night and M.I.A., Thievery Corporation, The Dead Weather, Public Enemy, Of Montreal, The Faint, Bassnectar, Busta Rhymes and more on Saturday night. It is going to be a hell of weekend for concert photography.
